Your first step will be to complete the application using the “Apply Now” link found throughout the website. Then, one of our Rise Group Professionals will review your application and reach out to you for your first conversation. During this conversation you will describe to your Loan Officer what you want to accomplish, your expectations and the best way to accomplish your vision.
Next, your Rise Group Professional will RG Qualify you and provide you with certification showing exactly how much buying power you have. This is not a Pre-Qualification letter that has the potential to fall through once you get into underwriting. This is our full qualification and confirmation that you have proven to be qualified for the amount included on the certification.
We offer of clients full access to their loan file through our website. Here you will always know the current status of your loan, what phase it is in, what is outstanding, and you will be able to sign your disclosures and upload your documents directly into your loan.
Once you have consented to proceed, we will order an appraisal on your home. An appraisal determines the actual value of the home based on its condition and market analysis. It also ensures that the selling price is fair and that the amount being borrowed for the purchase is appropriate.
The underwriter makes certain that your financial profile matches the loan requirements. Once we have received all outstanding documentation from the conditional approval, our underwriting team will review the loan for final approval. Once we have final approval, we can proceed to closing and are one step away from closing and funding.
Finally, your escrow team will reach out to you to schedule your signing appointment. You will sign your loan documents, Promissory note and Deed. With signatures in place, the loan funds will be transferred, and the title will be recorded with your name on it. All that’s left is to move in.
